is fascism’s worst nightmare.

"The Sentinel: A Tribute to Senator Adam Schiff"

In halls where echoes of liberty ring,
A voice arose with a steady refrain—
Not loud with bluster, nor crowned with gold,
But forged in principle, brave and bold.

Adam Schiff stood when shadows grew near,
When truth was threatened, and darkness sincere.
With gavel in hand and conscience held high,
He rose to defend both stars and sky.

Through trials of state and storms of flame,
He asked not the color, nor whispered the name—
Just justice and facts, though bitter they seemed,
For truth, he knew well, democracy’s dream.

In rooms of power where few dare speak clear,
He named the lies that others would fear.
Impeachment was not a path for the proud,
But a duty profound, when the Republic bowed.

To question a president, to face the storm,
To stand undivided, reform, inform—
This was his charge, this was his fight,
To guard the Republic day and night.

For democracy’s walls are built on words,
On laws and on courage, on open chords.
And Schiff, though vilified by some and scorned,
Held freedom aloft when it was torn.

So let history mark this quiet knight,
Who fought with the armor of truth and right.
A sentinel true in darkening days—
A defender of democracy in all its blaze.
