Can we as Citizens bring a lawsuit against Musk for stealing our personal info, compromising our Private info?

He's actually guilty of compromising what's known as PII - Personal Information (Forget what the last "I" stands for). I'm not sure if he's violated HIPAA laws but that needs to be investigated and dealt with.

stuck with that training every year. From the company and the DoD. Duplicated training. I'm also stuck with cybersecurity training, again, twice. Plus certification training. All required. Why are the DOGE kids not required to take that as well?

PMI personal medical information I spent a lot of time studying the HIPPA laws when I worked at an assisted living facility in the memory care unit, the powers that are made sure the Chefs and my sous chefs knew as we were considered to be care givers as well and would be held just as accountable if a breach happened.

I filed a complaint against him with the attorney general of my state. It is easy - there is a form you can fill out.

Isn’t the fact that a non-elected citizen and a group of boys, none of them with security clearances are hacking and reprogramming the govt computers evidence enough of CRIME? How are they physically allowed in there? I suspect lawsuits and threats of impeachment won’t deter them but thank you for everything you’re doing!

It seems to me we need a civil suit. A class action suit of Citizens against Musk for damages at a cost of everything he’s worth. Trump will just pardon him in a criminal case but I don’t think he can stop a civil suit to bankrupt him.

Keep setting those traps. And when he and chump are caught red-handed, sling em up, hog-tie em and drag their azz through the mud, like they’re trying to do to America and the world.

Great news. The first steps in a response are vital. Until then the opinion has often developed that no defiance, no fight back is possible. Passivity reigns and people despair. But a fight back can have a massive effect. The awareness grows, the feeling that something is being achieved and, most important, there is a group, a defiance ,to support, to join. Once the stone starts rolling it gathers momentum.

Another point in your favour is that you have principle, values, concern for people and these cannot be brushed aside. Trump is a nonentity, a fool, a criminal. You are going with th flow and that in the way to win.

The fascist Christian Nationalists want to destroy our institutions, because they want to replace them with their radicalized versions. This is what Project 2025, is meant to accomplish.

They have what they call “7 pillars”, that they want to destroy and takeover:

- family,

- religion,

- education,

- media,

- arts & entertainment,

- business,

- and government.

The fascist Christian Nationalists are now in control of our illegitimate US supreme court, the presidency, the house, and the senate.

They have been working on this for decades, and are well funded and well organized. See the 2024 documentary “Bad Faith”.

Hey is there anyway not to use the term since It does not officaily exist as there is no legally vetted and approved department of government efficiency? By using the term "DOGE" we are affirming its existence by using their terminology. Just a thought?

Good point Chris, adds legitimacy if we use the term . We could change it to dope squad.

Is there any way that citizens can surround whichever building these freaks are in and keep anyone from delivering food and supplies to them? My hope would be that any food establishments that are contacted by them for food orders would refuse to deliver them. If senators and congressmen are not allowed in then neither should anyone else be admitted.

Republicans elected Elon. He was on the stage, he was handing out checks, he was standing behind the presidential seal.

“I didn’t vote for this” is a GOP talking point for “I voted for this but I thought I would be exempt from it.”
