that for rhyme, life's connections do connect.,
that life's "loose ends" are not so loose, but bless
us by webs poets see and are correct.

To Somali kin from distant shores who came,
He extends open arms, a brother’s embrace,
In markets of East Africa, their stories aflame,
He champions their dreams in this new-found space.
